I hope that you love my plugins, but I understand they may not always work perfectly for everyone. For this reason I am happy to refund 100% of your purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date. If you encounter an issue with the plugin, all I ask is that you do the following before requesting a refund:
- If there is a technical issue, you allow me to attempt to fix it before asking for a refund. If the issue can’t be resolved, I’ll refund your full purchase.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed, so please don’t wait to get in touch if you run into any issues! And that’s it! If you need support, I’m here to help, so please feel free to open a ticket.
NOTE: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products, or it doesn’t have all the features you are looking for. I will assist you in solving any problem you have, but expect that you understand what you are purchasing and why, so if you have any questions before you purchase please let me know.
